When you submit an inquiry, AK2 Freight Services may collect your contact details, company information, authority details, equipment profile, lane preferences, messages, and documents you choose to upload.

How information is used

Information is used to review your inquiry, contact you, evaluate dispatch or partnership eligibility, coordinate onboarding steps, maintain internal records, and improve the carrier-support process.

Document handling

Uploaded documents are stored privately on the website hosting account and accessed through a password-protected administrative portal. Do not upload documents that are unrelated to your inquiry.

No automatic agreement

Submitting information does not create a dispatch agreement, lease-on agreement, insurance arrangement, employment relationship, or MC authority partnership. Separate review and written documentation are required where applicable.
